An urgent on-site visit is available whenever a problem occurs. All emergency call-outs are performed by senior electrical engineers because these situations are always time-critical. Cost per visit is billed as time and materials.
A preventative maintenance contract is highly recommended to keep your power systems functioning as designed. It also helps to prolong the service life of your equipment. Our electrical engineers schedule visits according to the service level agreement (SLA) you sign with us. This option is billed as fixed price and makes the cost per visit extremely reasonable.
